April – May Meeting

Citizens for a Better America [CBA] is going through changes.  At the beginning of 2025, CBA changed its focus from a political one to community development in order to better serve the community.  Similarly, CBA is changing its name to Faith and Community Alliance NC, to better reflect the mission of the organization, and to incorporate the biblical principles that our country was founded on, with community development.

There will be no meeting in April because of Easter events going on.  The next meeting will be Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 6:00-7:30 pm in Room 316 at First Baptist Church of Murphy, 517 Hiawassee Street.  Go around to the back of the church and enter the Portico.  FUTURE MEETINGS WILL BE THE LAST THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH UNLESS OTHERWISE ANNOUNCED.

Patricia Arenas will be the speaker at the May 1st meeting.   She is from New Mexico, and is retired from the military.  She is a missionary to the nations, and she just returned from ministering in New Zealand and Samoa.   Patricia is a dynamic speaker; you won’t want to miss her message!  So come to the meeting and bring a friend! We wish you all a Happy Resurrection day.
